Standard engagement process

  1. Logra ask contributor whether he/she is interested in being part of a customer project
  2. Interview with client
  3. Train the Trainer – Teach Back session if required
  4. Planification of engagements
  5. Delivery and confirmation of delivery to Logra
  6. Monthly Credit Note sent from Logra to contributor, verification by contributor
  7. Payment at the beginning of the month following activity
