- Can contribute in any way on this journey to making others successful: consultants, instructional designers, content writers, trainers, coaches, floorwalkers, session hosts
- Have practical experience when teaching sales-soft skills topics
- Have the technical expertise and if required/custom the certification to teach their topic or who have the expertise and are willing to get certification
